  • Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time and location.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds or exchanges are only available if the order was incorrect, incomplete, or of unsatisfactory quality.

  • Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time before the order is prepared. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

 

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

  • While we take care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that dishes are free from allergens.
